How to Add your Company Logo to Guest Receipts

Login to InnGenius

Click on Admin Tab, then click on Settings button (shown below)


Click on the Browse button and select your company logo from your computer and press OK (below you will see a sample logo)

Note: If you wish to change your logo in the future, simply do the same as above and then press "Ctrl F5" button to refresh the browser to view the new image.

This will then appear on Guest Receipts, example shown below


Side Note

To Print or Email a Guest Receipt, open the customer’s Reservation and press Guest Receipt button (shown below)

Use the Settings button to choose the type of Receipt you would like to produce, such as Invoice or Booking Confirmation etc. You can then Email this to the customer or print it (shown below)
