How to Add Split Room (to a reservation)

'Split Room' feature is used when your guest is staying in a room and wishes to change rooms (example from a room with no view to a room with a view)

Login to InnGenius

Click on Front Desk view, and then click on the Reservation that you need to add the split room for. Press the “Add split room” button (example shown below)

 

 

 

This information will then be displayed on the Reservation (as seen below) Then press Save and Close
