How to Use Yield Management

Yield Management is a variable pricing strategy, that will maximize revenue/profits by setting rules in the Rates you setup. To understand how it works, please read the below instructions.

To use Yield Management simply login to InnGenius, Click on Admin Tab, then press Rates button (shown below)

Select the Rate you wish to apply this to and then press Yield Management button (shown below)

Yield rules will be based on the Rates that are entered in the Rates section, these Rates will not be affected in the reservations screen as the system will make the adjustments in the back ground.

Note: If you change the Rates, you will be automatically changing the Yield Rule created.
