Can’t Login to Innconnect? How to reset your password

If you have forgotten your Innconnect password and need to reset it, simply follow these instructions:

Press the “I can’t access my account” button (shown below)

Enter your email address and enter the code shown in the Code box and press OK

You will see this message:

You will then receive an email with a link to enter your new password (shown below)

Enter your new password and press OK

You will see this message, click on the link to sign in to Innconnect with your new password
