
Cancellation Policy
All Cancellations must be received in writing by email to support@inngeniuspms.com
Cancellations will be confirmed via return of email and will take effect immediately.
In your cancellation email you should include the following:
- Your full name
- Your Property Name & ID
- The reason you are cancelling
If you decide to cancel your channel management with us (cancellation between our products and OTA’s) you will need to take the following into consideration:
- We do not take any responsibility for any loss of bookings
- We do not take any responsibility for any over bookings
- We do not take any responsibility for any loss of revenue
