Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations must be received in writing by email to [e-mail]

Cancellations will be confirmed via return of email and will take effect immediately.

In your cancellation email you should include the following:

• Your full name
• Your Property Name & ID
• The reason you are cancelling

If you decide to cancel your channel management with us (cancellation between our products and OTA’s) you will need to take the following into consideration:

• We do not take any responsibility for any loss of bookings
• We do not take any responsibility for any over bookings
• We do not take any responsibility for any loss of revenue
