When a Customer Requests a Cancellation Number

If a customer requests a Cancellation number from a Reservation – you can provide the Reservation ID number as the Cancellation number – this list can be retrieved from the “Cancelled Reservations” List (shown below)

When you press the ‘Cancel Reservation’ button (shown below) you can see that the Reservation has an ID number on the top left corner – this will be the cancellation number listed under the “Cancelled Reservations” list

After you cancel a reservation, click on “Cancelled Reservations” on the side menu – it will list the most recent cancellations on top
