Q: Is InnGenius PCI DSS Compliant?

A: Yes, we are a PCI DSS compliant company, we use the best security measures to secure your CC data.

 

Q: Is there a limit to how many room types I can have in InnGenius?

A: No, there is no limit of room numbers or types; however InnGenius charges hotels by the number of rooms.

 

Q: Are there any Contracts?

A: No there no contracts involved.

 

Q: When can I get help with the software?

A: Our Support team is online 24/7 so help is only a click away.

 

Q: How do I connect my InnGenius with my Booking Engine?

A: We can connect it for you.

 

Q: Can I have room names instead of room numbers?

A: Yes, you can create room names or room numbers.

 

Q: Are Reports available in Excel format?

A: Yes, reports can be exported in many different formats including Excel, PDF etc.

 

Q: My account is deactivated, how do I reactivate it?

Q: Can InnGenius adjust the availability on all the channels, if I get a walk in customer?

A: Yes, InnGenius will update all your OTA channels with availability.

 

Q: Can I change the colors in InnGenius?

A: At the moment, it’s not possible to adjust the colors.

 

Q: Can InnGenius send automatic emails to customers?

A: No not yet, sometime in the summer it will be able to send emails automatically, before the arrival and after departure.

 

Q: Can InnGenius charge the customer on a payment gateway?

A: US customers have that option available; if you are not in the US then you may have to pay additional integration fees to have this feature setup on your account.

 

Q: Can InnGenius work with Card reader door locks?

A: This is a custom integration and requires software integration and development fees (contact us for more information)

 

Q: Can InnGenius work with passport or ID readers?

A: This is a custom integration and requires software integration and development fees (contact us for more information)

 

Q: Does InnGenius have Travel Agency contracts?

A: No, at the moment InnGenius doesn't have a travel agency tracking.

 

Q: Does InnGenius support direct billing?

A: No, InnGenius doesn’t support direct billing or city ledger.

 

Q: Does InnGenius have Yield Management? I don't want to adjust my prices daily.

A: InnGenius does have Yield Management capability. It can adjust your rates based on pre-defined rules. InnGenius can increase or decrease your prices based on the number of available rooms.

 

Q: Can I download my data?

A: Yes, go to reports and choose download (Export Data)

Q: My hotel is in Europe and our prices include the taxes, can InnGenius work like that?

A: Yes, in the tax included version you can enter your final prices, excluded version will calculate taxes based on the rates and tax percentage entered.
